About Robert:
Robert C***s has spent two decades practicing and researching Tai Chi, Qigong, Meditation and the Internal Martial Arts in North America and China.
He has studied with many famous masters including Master Hai Yang and Master Yin Qin, both well know leaders in the Chinese Internal Martial Arts.
