7 years of being a business owner. 7 years of NaushFit.

I will be lying if I say I have it all figured out.
I will be lying if I say that it was easy.
I will be lying if I say that I did not cry a single day.

Entrepreneurship is hard.

There will be good days and then they will be messy days where you start questioning everything!

There will be days self-doubt will force you to crawl into your blanket.

These past 8 years have not only taught me a great deal about entrepreneurship but it has helped me grow into a person who can handle pressure, has tremendous grit and who shows up for her 3 sons no matter what.

From quitting my full time job to completing education in women’s health and fitness to getting pregnant the 3rd time and now navigating perimenopause.

I have seen it all in these last 8 years.
And the only thing that comes to my mind is this.

Allah is enough for me ♥️
