Fellow community, we’re back!

After yet another lockdown and closure to fitness centers, we’re happy to say that we’re able to run and operate as normal!

For Kore Performance we’re a private by appointment only facility. Specializing in 1 on 1 coaching. We offer many services includes working with first responders, weight loss, athletic performance and much more. We train in person, virtually as well as online coaching programs tailored to the individual 🤘🏼💪🏼

Our motto is moving forward, taking everyday as an opportunity to progress and better ourselves. Let’s move forward together 🤘🏼

This week with amazing transformation👊🏼

Christina is just tipping the iceberg! Going steady and relentless for more gains. Not only has Christina physically changed her body composition but her confidence, strength, lean muscle has great improved as well 📈🤘🏼

Constantly pushing herself to the limits, also being the winner of our November push up contest, she doesn’t take no for an answer! 🤯

I couldn’t be more proud of how far you’ve came and I’m super pumped to see where you’ll be in the upcoming check ins! Congrats on achieving this amazing milestone and keep up the great work!

Flex Friday! What better way than to show some serious dedication and an amazing transformation.

Meet Colin. Colin has diabetes, was overweight, had an insecurity with food, and more. Since believing in himself and the process of this journey he’s on the lowest dose of diabetes medication, he’s in great shape (as y’all can see!) and his food intake and relationship is continuously improving.

Now don’t get me wrong, he puts in the hours! Colin training consist of a minimum of 6 hours a week. And you heard me say it before-> drastic action = drastic reaction!

Colin is relentless, doesn’t allow any obstacles to stand in his way. Which is suiting because Colin is training to improve his athletic abilities and fitness levels to become an OPP.

Great work so far Colin! Keep up the great work ethic, and let’s keep moving forward! Anything you set your mind to can be achieved! As a coach and as Colin's trainer I'm so proud of the progress he's made so far. Considering multiple lockdowns, closures and everything that's been going on for the past year or so, he still pushed through and got after his goals.

Discipline - sticking to your word, your promise, your goals. Discipline is not taking no for an answer, making the choice to stick to your routine rather than letting obstacles stand in your way.

For a third time.. there’s nothing wrong, selfish or to feel guilty about prioritizing your health.

If someone is making you feel guilty or negative towards bettering yourself, it’s time to drop that person, not your positive and healthy habits.

Your health doesn’t just benefit you, but it benefits everyone you surround yourself with. Your family, children, friends, partner, colleagues, etc! Your mood is more bright, energy is high, less aches and pains preventing you from being with them, so many benefits to others it’s impossible to be selfish when taking care of yourself.

The cold hearted truth is, the healthier you are, the better we treat our bodies, the longer your around to share with loved ones, so why not be selfish?

It starts with you, progresses by you, and ends with you.

You need to do this for yourself, you owe it to yourself to be the best possible version in anything you do.

Your body deserves health, it deserves to be beaten up, challenged and pushed, it actually needs it!

So don’t do it because someone on Instagram looks better than you, or because your significant other thinks you have areas to fix (jerk), but do it because that person staring back at you in the mirror wants you too. Because this journey is for you.
