...And exactly 40 years ago today, Michael Foley's father - Mike Foley Sr. opened the first Foley's Martial Arts club in Newfoundland! Since then, generations have been experiencing the benefits of the Martial Arts Lifestyle on our island! A lot of respect and a heartfelt thank you to everyone that has shared the mats with us over the past four decades!
