We had a great final session of 2024 and have lots of hype for training in the new year! We covered some armlocks as well as variations for taller attackers. Oh and all the yellow and orange belt breakfalling too!

These are our eye-gouging fingers not our peace fingers!
Last night we covered all the yellow belt breakfalls, worked on our close, medium, and long range striking and then we wrapped up with some wrist locks and defence from a grab and punch.

What a high energy & high fun session we had last night!maggy.lee is winning recruiter of the month for bringing last week and and this week!
We got everyone doing their sideways rolls as well as standing sideways breakfalls, then we worked on a few techniques from a wrist grab and punch.
We finished up asking “what if…” with sempai and sensei demonstrating a variety of advanced techniques.
Oh, it was also .maggy.lee birthday so stay tuned for a reel of her being thrown 23 times!
