I always knew I wanted to be my own boss, have a flexible schedule and be able to work from anywhere. I’ve also always had a strong desire to help people - that fills my cup.

Rewind to two years ago: knew nothing about direct sales, was not comfortable showing up on my stories, did not consider myself salesy but I dove in head first.

I worked through showing up vulnerable and leaned into letting go of the fear of judgement from others. Because at the end of the day judgment isn’t going to pay the bills.

Topic: taking time for YOU

The saying ‘you can’t pour from an empty cup’ has never rang more true. I love my job, I love my family, I love my friends but my cup has continually been being emptied for the last few months with little being poured back in.

Yesterday was a bit of a breaking point, re-iterating that I need to be doing more of what gives me life and less of the things that drain me. I haven’t been showing up as my best self which doesn’t feel good for anyone.

More:
- alone time
- time outside
- sitting still
- listening to my body
- nutritious food

It’s okay to ask for what you need✌🏻

Around this time two years ago I met this human ☝🏻... or has it been ten I’m not sure !

We soon became best friends, partners in crime and so much more. We’ve climbed endless mountains, nudie dipped in far too many glacier lakes to count and have laughed far too hard over dog videos on TikTok (sad but true)

Thank you for continuing to push be to chase my dreams and making each day a little bit better than the day before ♥️

In simplest terms your core is a box [top/bottom, sides, front/back]. Getting caught up on the idea that a ‘six pack’ is the aim of the game when in actuality those deep muscles we can’t see are the ones benefitting our stability, balance and movement patterns. Think about the contraction you feel when you cough [too soon?], during this contraction you can still breath deeply and should absolutely be doing so!
