Today, the Legends and I hit the town to celebrate a very special lady in our crew, Kathleen’s 80th birthday 🥳💛

We started the morning with a walk around town, followed by a delicious brunch at The Moonshine Cafe.

Happy Birthday, Kathleen! 🎂🎉 We’re so lucky to have you in the gym and even more importantly, as our friend. Here’s to 80 years (forever young) 👑💛

🇨🇦 Happy Canada Day!

In honour of today, here are a few throwback photos from my kettlebell sport competition days.

I had the incredible privilege of representing Canada as a member of Team Canada in kettlebell sport. First in 2017 in Seoul, South Korea and again in 2019 in Novi Sad, Serbia.

These experiences are something I’ll always be grateful for. I had the opportunity to compete on the world stage, meet so many amazing people from across Canada and around the world and create memories that will last a lifetime.
