Hydration is a crucial part of our health that’s often overlooked. Drinking a glass of water first thing in the morning does wonders for your body! It jumpstarts your metabolism, boosts your energy levels, and helps you feel more awake and alert as you start your day.

Consider adding a slice of lemon for a refreshing twist and a boost of vitamin C. Not only does it enhance the flavor, but it also provides additional health benefits, including aiding digestion and supporting your immune system. 🍋

Get ready for the Lighthouse to Lighthouse 5KM on October 4th with our 8‑week training program starting August 9!

💪 Weeks 1–3: At‑home training with personalized weekly run targets + optional strength & recovery sessions through the app.
👟 Weeks 4–8: Sunday group runs from 2:30–3:30 PM in Tiverton, with a few sessions held right on the race route.

And for anyone training for the half marathon, we’ll also have group partners and distance options available to help you build confidence and stay supported.

Whether you're new to running or gearing up for a bigger challenge, this program meets you where you’re at — and gets you race‑day ready.
