Monday: 7:00 - 9:00 pm (Adults 13+ Class)

Wednesday: 6:00 - 8:00 pm (Kids 6+ Class)

Wednesday: 7:00 - 9:00 pm (Adults 13+ Class)

Wado Kai Karate is a Japanese Karate style fo

unded in 1939 by Hironori Otsuka. It is an amalgamation of Funakoshi's Shotokan Karate, jujutsu and kempo. Wado Kai, means the ‘Way of Peace & Harmony”. It is one of the four major styles of Karate in Japan and remains one of the purest form of Karate-do. Timmins Wado-Kai is a family orientated Karate club welcoming adults and children to train and enjoy karate together.
