Strong and healthy should be the goal ‼️
Every few years a new body along with a workout is trending. Right now it’s Pilates and looking “toned” and “lean”. Years ago it was step aerobic classes to look “toned” and “lean” or the F45 workouts to look lean, etc.
The reality is there is no one workout that will give you a specific body type. You have your own genetics that determines what you look like. Lifting weights, eating well, doing cardiovascular exercise will give you a strong and healthy body that looks fit, strong and healthy!!!
There is no magic workout or specific workout that will get you the exact results you want. It’s literally just about being consistent, training PROPERLY for your body, and eating well. That’s it!
Any other workouts - yoga, Pilates, mobility, etc are all amazing! Add them in. But your base should be — lifting weights, cardio, and good nutrition! 💪🤗
Remember, there is no tricks or one thing specific you have to do. It’s just consistency, weights, whole foods, walking, stress management, cardio exercise… rinse and repeat forever that will get you a healthy & fit body 🤗💪
