Simply come in to Lightweight Gym (146 Tillson Ave) and grab a TAG from the Christmas Tree. Tags have specific details, such as, Boy or a Girl, the child’s Age and the items the child hopes to receive! Bring all items back, including the Tag, and any gifts, unwrapped, before December 3rd. The will give your presents to a child, brightening up their Christmas this holiday season!! ☺️🎄

The team here at Lightweight would like to congratulate Laura on winning a draw gift bag at a local running event put on here in the town of Tillsonburg. Winning a free 3 month membership at the best and biggest gym in town as well as some other goodies. It was a great turn out, opened to the public. Also participating was Lightweight's very own Ben Machin and . Both successfully earning new personal records today in the 5km timed run. Ben achieving a speedy time of 27 minutes 16 seconds and maintaining a pace of 5 minutes 17 seconds per kilometer to knock out a final time of 26 minutes 22 seconds. These guys crushed it. The crew here at Lightweight couldn't be more proud of these individuals. Thank you George for putting on a fun event for the public for the locals to take part in.
