Overnight Oats with Yogurt & Blueberries 🫐
This protein-packed breakfast is easy to prepare ahead, customizable, and keeps you full all morning.
🔹️Servings: 1–2
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Chill Time: 6–8 hours (overnight)
🔹️Ingredients List:
½ cup rolled oats
½ cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
¼ cup Greek yogurt (extra for topping)
1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional, for thickness)
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional sweetener)
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of cinnamon (optional)
🔹️Toppings:
¼–½ cup Greek yogurt (layer on top)
¼–½ cup fresh blueberries
1 tablespoon blueberry jam or compote (optional drizzle)

Prepare Base
In a jar or container, mix rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, sweetener, vanilla, and cinnamon until well combined.
Refrigerate Overnight
Cover and place in fridge for at least 6 hours, ideally overnight. The oats will absorb liquid and thicken.
🔹️Assemble
Next morning, stir oats, then top with Greek yogurt, fresh blueberries, and a drizzle of blueberry jam or compote.
