The Tilbury Bluebirds are proud to welcome Pat Lomascolo to the organization!

Pat brings a wealth of hockey experience to Tilbury, including time playing overseas, where he had the opportunity to compete and experience the game at an international level. He brings that experience, hockey knowledge, leadership, and passion for the game to the Birdhouse.

We’re excited to have Pat join the Bluebirds family as we continue building toward the 2026-27 season.

The Tilbury Bluebirds are excited to announce the acquisition of Keenan Suthers!

At 6’8”, Suthers brings a massive presence, professional experience, and plenty of skill to the Bluebirds lineup. Having spent time in the Toronto Maple Leafs organization, Keenan adds another big piece to the Birds as we gear up for the 2026-27 season.

TEAM STATEMENT:

Following the NPHL’s announcement regarding the 2026–27 participation status of the Stratford Irish and Halton Hills Coyotes, the Tilbury Bluebirds Hockey Club stands united with the League and its Member Organizations as we move forward.

These decisions followed a formal governance process and extensive discussion regarding League operations, accountability, member confidence and the long-term stability of the NPHL.

We recognize that these decisions affect players, coaches, volunteers, sponsors, supporters and communities connected to both organizations. They should not be interpreted as a reflection on those individuals or their contributions to Senior hockey.

Out of respect for the confidentiality of the process, our organization will not comment on individual participants, owner statements, voting results or internal deliberations.

Our focus is now firmly on moving forward together and delivering a stable, competitive and successful 2026–27 season.

We have acquired Jack Van Boekel from the Alvinston Killer Bees. The 6’7 defenceman has played his Jr career in the QMJHL before moving on to the University of Windsor and eventually would play in the ECHL. Jack will be a welcomed addition to the Tilbury blue line! Let’s welcome Jack Van Boekel to the Tilbury Bluebirds!
