Between work and dance competitions the last few months these have been a life saver! Quick & easy to make at home with tons of different options to switch them up.
It's been a while since I've shared this recipe so i thought I'd pop it on here again for those looking for an easy way to help meet your protein goals! ๐ช
PROTEIN BALLS:
1 cup of Rolled Oats
3/4 cup of Peanut Butter (you could use any type of nut butter)
1 scoop of Protein Powder ( I use vanilla or chocolate, but there are so many different flavors to try!)
2 tbsp Ground Flax Seeds or Chia Seeds
2 tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup
Optional - 2 tbsp Chocolate Chips
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, scoop and roll into 1-inch balls. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours until firm.
VARIATIONS:
Chocolate Peanut Butter - Use chocolate protein powder and add cacao powder.
Matcha - Use 2 tsp matcha powder for a green tea boost.
The options really are endless and they're so easy and quick to make yourself! ๐
