Hey fam! One week ago we announced the details for our new StrongFit Bootcamps, and registration is still live! 💥
I also wanted to come on here to highlight one of the many changes we have made to the program. 🙋🏻♀️
In the past, we had “testing” at the end of the program to measure goals. However, the testing was based on strong(wo)man events we decided, and was the same for everyone. We will still have events, a competition people can sign up for, and “testing” at the end. BUT with one major change. 👇🏼
The testing will be based on YOUR individual goals. The credo of StrongFit is You Vs. You, and that is exactly what we want these bootcamps to be. Everyone has their own individual goals, whether it be strength gains, weight loss, weight gain, specific training numbers, to compete, to improve overall health and wellness, to change body composition, and so many more.💪🏼
How are we going to accommodate all of that? Well, each client will be matched with a coach that will conduct an initial assessment, a mid-bootcamp assessment, and a final assessment. You get to choose your goals, update your goals, and work one on one with the coaches to track your progress! ✍🏼
We want to individualize your experience and transformation, while allowing you to take part in whatever blend of classes you choose, and meet like-minded individuals along the way. 🏋🏻♀️🏋🏽
