All that I'm going to say is 'changing the jacket'. If you know you know. If not, prepare for some intensive fun.

We'll be continuing to use our frames for protecting and attacking one and two opponents from striking to clinch ranges.

I hope that everyone had a great summer!

We will be resuming our sessions next Thursday September 10th in the gym upstairs at Volunteer Pool commencing at 7:30 pm.

Our focus this fall will be to develop active counter-measures against close quarter attacks such as chokes and grabs from various positions and multiple assailants.

This is a great jump on point for those looking to start up or enhance their current skillset.
