Welcome back from thanks giving everybody!!!

I am thankful for my wife and kids!

I am thankful for my furbabies!

I am thankful for my customers!

I am thankful for the opportunity to affect change.

February 8th 2025 was the date of our first session at Bash Bays. Since then we have held approximately 850 sessions and met roughly 2500 people.

Through these sessions, connections are made, conversations had, and support is given. Every customer who has walked through the door means so much to me.

There have been a few sessions that have stuck out.

First, a customer struggling through addiction, made the hard courageous choice to get themself the help they needed. I was in awe of their choice and could not imagine the pain, trauma, and healing they had in front of them. They came in by themself and laid waste to a room for 2. It was a great session.

Second, a customer who was celebrating their 70th trip around the sun. Came in with 5 friends and celebrated in smashing fashion with some screaming laughter and loud music. This one struck a cord with me. The next day, I received an email. The birthday person was extremely grateful for the space that I have built. It reminded them that they were strong and capable - their favorite tool - the two handed sledge! Just awesome.

Third, was a paint for 4. Enter an adult with 3 teens in tow. Ordered up a paint for 4. Oh the laughter and the music was just incredible. While the teens were cleaning up, the parental figure who booked the session informed me just how dark the lives of those teens were. I was shocked. It can only be described as arguably one of the darkest times in a teens life. Bash Bays was there for them. To provide bright color through the darkness. To give light, love and laughter a chance - This session is the why behind starting this business.

And somehow… summer was both 3 days AND 97 years long. 🤣
