What are they for?
That’s probably another video. BUT. In a nutshell, I mostly use them for getting into abdominal tissue. Laying flat on the ground, ball in your stomach where ever you feel tension, stay still and relaaaaax. Initially it can feel horrible and make you feel panicked or anxious, it’s pretty crazy. That sensation does ease fairly quick usually.
Great for low back pain, scar release, people that clench/ hold their breath, people that need help going to the bathroom 🙂‍↕️.
I very much enjoy using them in barre/ yoga sculpt too for actual exercise 😈

I ain’t stupid. I can tell when you haven’t done anything I suggested 😆
I rarely rarely “give homework” because there ain’t much point in pretending 🤡 I seldom take my own advice.

More often than not people need to focus on stress management. That would solve A LOT of issues. You can stretch and strengthen till the cows come home but if you’re stressed 24/7 it won’t make a lick of difference

I’ve barely lifted more than 3lbs since Christmas. I’ve struggled with SI joint inflammation for months now despite trying all the things. Eventhough it’s feeling much better than it was, It’s put me (and kept me) in such a funk that I’ve not wanted to exercise beyond my classes, truthfully I don’t want to do those either but that’s the reason I’ve kept going. Because I know I would do less than nothing unless I was teaching classes!
So today, I got here a little early. I did my big 6 for 2 mins, gentle mobility and nerve flossing. 3 sets of verrrrry light squats, shoulder press, lunges and upright rows. Then I went on the back extension and did some isometric holds in various positions. Inbetween sets, I did this. Literally laid down, feeling a little traction in the low back and just breathed deeply. 🧘
Nothing fancy, but it felt good. Hopefully I’ll get back on the horse!
Now. Off to barre and sweat and surrender ✌🏻

TL:DR - add yourself to the waitlist for the summer

I plan on working 2-3 days a week between 10 and 3 ish and then one later evening. I still do the odd weekend too but they are usually all spoken for.

Typical summer convo “can I book 5pm X day” Me “do you own a camp?” Them “yep”. Then no. You don’t get an evening appointment 😂

I’m kidddddding. That would be a valid excuse. No mums were harmed for this audio.
But srsly “I forgot” doesn’t cut it and you will be expected to pay some sort of rebooking fee. I have limited spots and 10 people on my waitlist, PLUS the 2-3 messages I get a week with the “let me know if anyone cancels”. Even if you message me a few hours before, I can usually accommodate other people.
