We are absolutely thrilled to introduce Miss Natalia, who will be leading our preschool dance classes this season!
Natalia brings a wonderful blend of passion, patience, and playful energy to the studio. She specializes in introducing our youngest dancers to the joy of movement, helping them build confidence, coordination, and rhythm in a fun and nurturing environment. Whether they are leaping like frogs or twirling like fairytales, your little ones are in fantastic hands.
Please join us in giving Miss Natalia a warm welcome to our dance family! Feel free to say hello next time you see her in the studio.

We are deeply saddened to hear about the passing of such a wonderful soul. She was a true staple of the Lakehead Festival, and her absence will be profoundly felt by everyone in our community.
Her immense kindness, warmth, and bright spirit brought so much joy to the festival every year. What stood out most was her deep love and genuine care for all the children who attended. She had a rare gift for making every child feel seen, cherished, and safe, leaving a lasting impact on so many young lives.
Please accept our heartfelt condolences during this incredibly difficult time. She will be dearly missed, but her legacy of love and kindness will live on in the hearts of the community and the families she touched.
With deepest sympathy,
Laura McRury

Thank you students for bringing your bright smile, hard work, and curiosity to class every single day. We are so proud of how much you’ve grown.
Thank you parents for sharing your wonderful child with us this year. Your encouragement and teamwork mean the world.
Having a place to go is a home. Having someone to love is a family. Having both is a blessing. May your heart and home be full of joy, good food, and great company this Thanksgiving.
Regular classes running on Saturday. Studio is closed on Monday.
Happy Thanksgiving!

I really don’t think dancers always realize how much you mean to your teachers.

We get to see you on the days you feel unstoppable, but we also see you on the days when nothing is working and you’re frustrated with yourself. We see the growth that you don’t always see yet. We notice when your confidence starts to change, when you finally believe in yourself, and when something you’ve worked hard for finally clicks.

And yes, we are there to teach you dance…but somewhere along the way, it becomes so much more than that.

We care about the person you are becoming. We want you to succeed. We want you to know your worth. And long after you leave our classroom, we know that our teachings will stay with you and guide you in every path you take.

Being a dance teacher truly is a privilege. As Thanksgiving weekend approaches this is what I am thankful I get to do this beautiful journey of dance with you.

Today, on the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation and Orange Shirt Day, I am pausing to honour the Survivors of residential schools, their families, and the children who never made it home.
True reconciliation is not a single day of reflection. It is an ongoing, everyday commitment to learning the truth, unlearning biases, and listening to Indigenous voices. 🧡
