This program will focus on developing explosive strength, core stability, speed, and functional conditioning to help athletes prepare for next season.

Watching young athletes grow is one of the most rewarding parts of coaching.

Some of the athletes in this group have been in our program for 18 months now, and the progress is impossible to miss. Not just in strength or speed—but in confidence, coordination, and how they approach challenges.

At 12–13 years old, the goal isn’t to turn them into specialists. The goal is exposure. Different movements. Different physical challenges. Different ways of learning how their bodies work.

We want them climbing, sprinting, jumping, balancing, lifting, and playing.

Over time, this kind of variety helps build athletes who are versatile, resilient, and durable.

A reminder for parents: this is the age to explore multiple sports or physical activities - enough variety that they aren’t specializing too early

The more they move, the more they grow. 💪

We’re excited to be continuing our Acceleration + Power Program, starting next week! Our next 8-week training block begins Tuesday March 3rd for athletes 11-13 yrs old

This program is designed to help athletes level up their game with a focus on explosive acceleration and power — both upper and lower body.

Sessions are weekly on Tuesdays 5:30-6:30pm 

▪️March 3 to April 21
▪️Ages 11-13
▪️Cost is $200 for the 8-weeks.

The offseason is where real progress happens.
Our Football Offseason Program is built to develop stronger and more explosive athletes.

We’ll focus on:

▪️Maximal Strength – Building absolute force through squats, presses, pulls, and loaded carries.

▪️Explosive Power – Translating raw strength into violent hip drive, punch power, and first-step dominance. 

▪️Quick-Burst Acceleration – Building the lower-body strength and rate of force development needed to fire off the line, and explode out of the backfield.

This program is built on a structured progression that builds week after week.

This isn’t random workouts. It’s intentional, progressive training that builds week after week - designed to help athletes not just compete, but physically dominate their matchups.
