Family moose hunt

Chris and his family with their bull moose from this season. Wonderful experience focused on family time, respect for the animal, and teaching outdoor skills to the next generation. A memorable northern Ontario adventure.

Another happy archer leaving the shop!

Many of you saw the post with Addy and her old PSE - that's the bow she earned her first big archery milestone with.

She had the opportunity to step up to an APA Summit, and she brought it in for a full setup and tune. We got the fit and timing dialed in for her.

Photo 1: Her Summit ready to go.
Photo 2: The result - look at that paper tune!

She's all set to carry on with a sport she truly enjoys. Great shooting, Addy, proud of you!

Quick pre-season check ✅

Hayden brought his bow in for a quick tune before he heads out for the rest of the season. Made a small adjustment and we got it paper-tuned to a perfect bullet hole.

That's what we like to see before heading out - everything flying straight and true.

Good luck out there Hayden! Thanks for stopping by the shop.

If your setup needs a quick look-over, feel free to reach out and book a time

Update: Thanks for all the interest in this Black Mamba Air+ build — this rig is now out getting field time. Always happy to chat APA specs and setups.

This one came through the shop - Desolve Bare camo, super light Air+ riser, fully outfitted APA Venom Plus5 package. Customer example of a well-cared-for setup. Love how balanced this platform is for the field.

Shown with APA Deluxe Bow Case and accessories. Happy to chat specs, setup, and what makes this Air+ riser special for folks interested in APA.

Got the APA Black Mamba 29 set up today

Photo on the left is the new rig. Right side is paper tuning.

Top shot is the VERY first arrow - almost perfect right out of the box.

Tweaked the MicroTune just a hair and the second shot - bottom right - was bullet hole perfect.

That MicroTune system makes fine tuning so simple. No press needed, no hassle.

This 29" is smooth, compact, lightweight, solid, and shoots lights out.

In the shop today!

Syd brought her APA Serpent in for a routine check-over and a few small adjustments.

We gave it a full inspection, made some minor tweaks to the setup, and ran it through paper to confirm everything is tracking right. Really happy with how it's performing - nice clean, consistent results.

Great looking setup and ready for more time in the woods. Thanks for stopping by, Syd!

What a night in the bush!
Big congrats to Addy on a great NW Ontario black bear. Lots of practice, patience and respect for the animal — it all came together.
Proud to have her bow set up and tuned in the shop. Well done on a legal, licensed ethical harvest.

Ryan is brand new to archery. First time ever picking up a bow.

He chose the APA Black Mamba X33, built in Canada. 🇨🇦

It set up and tuned easily, and then this happened:

Shot 1 & 2 are almost perfect.
Shot 3 - as close to a perfect bullet-hole through paper as you can get. In just 3 shots!

That's what a well-designed, easy-to-tune bow can do for a new archer.Fantastic shooting, Ryan.

Welcome to archery - you're off to an amazing start!
