(2016-2022) What a journey it has been! Thank you to everyone that I’ve had the pleasure to work with, meet and help along the way. Each and every one of you have helped me more than you know. I will forever be grateful for past 6 and a half years in the fitness industry!

The gyms being shut down is obviously not ideal but I’d like to try and make it a bit better by posting a workout for each day of the lockdown that can be done without any weights. I’ll post each workout on my story at 8pm starting tomorrow. Feel free to tag me with a clip of you doing the workout, a pic of your cals burned etc. Stay safe and healthy everyone 💪

The North Stars team has been crushing it in the gym and on the ice! They’re currently leading the league with 8 wins and 2 losses🏒

I’m glad I get to train such a great team and look forward to watching them stay #1 for the rest of the season 🙌🏻

Finally able to get back into the gym, starting Monday July 19th!

The first week will be only 7am, Monday-Thursday and Friday will be 7am and 11am. The following weeks will be normal.
I will also be out of town from august 1st-8th.
