We teach the Art of Japanese Fencing to students ages 12 and up throughout the Niagara Region.

I wrote this a couple of years ago, but it is just as appropriate today as it was back then. Listen to and respect your body first and foremost. You only have one body and it has to carry you through an entire lifetime.

It is perplexing to see how many people in kendo play through injuries. Your body is injured and needs to heal. Just stop, already.

I'm counting down the days to ! This is a 24 hour walk/run team endurance event being put on by the and , in benefit of the Walker Family Cancer Centre.
