So pumped to be rolling into December with a plan and a goal that continues into 2022.
I was floating for a few months and lacking the structure of a solid plan was fun and needed to refocus on my health and strength goals.
Is lacking a goal holding you back from success?
December doesn’t have to be your last hurrah before you jump on the bandwagon in January. December can be your January. And you’ll be a month farther ahead in a month.
I’m smiling cause I love the process. I love the structure and I feel at ease when I have a plan.

Something about green foods that make me happy. 😀

My salad 🥗 obsession lately includes.
🍃 As much spinach as I like (organic baby)
🐓 precooked chicken breast
🥬 Sauerkraut
💃 as much pico de gallo as I like
🌰 topped with nuts (I prefer to chew my fats and skip the dressing)
🧂 salt and pepper or any seasoning you choose on top

Tip! Cut it all up with scissors before you eat it. Makes it so much easier to grab with your fork.

It’s taken me up to 5 years of consistent work to achieve some goals I had set out for myself.

5 years of ups and downs and still grinding.

We live in a world of instant gratification. And it’s easy to submit to the lack of instant rewards when it comes to health.

You can’t see the tiny changes that happen incrementally with each workout or meal prep session.

This is when you need to focus on other things. Like…
Having more energy.
Your skin being brighter.
Being able to carry your groceries easily.
Setting an example for the children in your life.

It’s the little things that make life easier. And make the work feel like a reward.

What’s one thing you absolutely love about yourself? 🖤 🤗

It’s so easy to find flaws in yourself. I can honestly find so many if I focus for a second.

The key is to catch yourself when you say things about yourself in your head and turn it into a focus of something you love instead.

The focus is key. If you wouldn’t say it to your mother, sister or daughter, than don’t say it to yourself.
