We are incredibly proud of every student for the hard work, courage, determination, and sportsmanship they showed throughout the competition. Win or lose, stepping onto the mat and giving your best is already a huge achievement🥹👍

Last Sunday, we hosted an incredible Self-Defense & Jiu-Jitsu Seminar led by Grandmaster Ko, with special guest Master Isaiah Blancko.

The seminar focused on practical self-defense and basic Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu techniques, providing participants with valuable skills and real-world applications.

We had a fantastic turnout, and it was great to see everyone engaged and enjoying the session. The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, and we’re excited to share that we’re considering offering these seminars on a monthly basis.

This past Sunday, we hosted an amazing Referee Seminar with over 40 participants! 👏👏

It was a great opportunity for our students to build a deeper understanding of the rules and develop their confidence as referees.

We would like to recognize our students Jaya, Meera, Sarah, Ximena, Nico, and Bill for their hard work and commitment in attending the seminar — we’re proud of you all!

A sincere thank you to Master Straso Trantalovski, Master Timothy Joel, Master Sungmin Son, and Master Eduardo Sanchez for leading and organizing such a professional and insightful seminar. Your guidance continues to inspire and elevate our students both as athletes and referees.

Open to anyone ages 13+
Beginners to advanced – all levels welcome!

We are excited to offer a Self-Defence & Jiu-Jitsu Special Seminar on Sunday, April 26th at 5:30 PM.

This seminar is designed to help participants learn practical self-defense and basic Jiu-Jitsu techniques, improve awareness, and build confidence in a supportive environment. No prior experience is required.

We are especially pleased to welcome our Special Guest Instructor, Isaiah Blancko, a top-level Jiu-Jitsu competitor and a Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt certified by the International Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Federation. He is widely recognized for his outstanding achievements and high-level performance in competition. This seminar will be led in collaboration with Grandmaster Ko.
