We had amazing graduation that my friend who came to witness me aling my family described as " hippy therapists graduation"! I was moved to tears throughout the ceremony several times!

We celebrated at the spooky (mostly for my son and for my witchy side) and then my husband and I treated ourselves to some amazing live hardware based techno at pre-MUTEK party with high fidelity sound and immersive projections.

I am rewarding myself with a week off work dedicated to self care: spa, massage, facial, spinal energetics, hikes with girlfriends.

Thank you everyone who supported me on this journey - through encouragement, through lending me a place to stay during school weekends, through friendships and good times!

This winter, I finally discovered cross-country skiing — and it’s been the missing piece of my winter life.

Since moving to the country four years ago, I’ve been searching for an outdoor activity that truly supports my body and nervous system. I tried downhill skiing, but it never felt right for me — the speed, the crowd, the culture.

This year, cross-country skiing feels like coming home. Gliding through the silence of the forest, I can actually hear it — the whisper of trees, the rhythm of my breath, the teachings that come when I move slowly with the land. This is how I regulate, ground, and remember what it means to be part of nature’s body.

A new depth has opened in my work lately. 🌿

I’ve paused to take stock—not the first time, and if you’ve been here awhile, you’ve walked these evolutions with me.

But this time, something asked me to sit with everything in a new way. The lived experience. Feeling embodiment in my gut, not just my head.

Out of this reflection, I created something for you.A quiet, ten-question mirror designed to help you sense your current capacity for safety, presence, and connection.

This isn’t about diagnosis or putting you in a box. It’s simply language for what lives inside.Think of it as a compass.

Gentle practices come with it—somatic, creative, nature-based—to meet you exactly where you are.

Join us for this unforgettable evening as Project Mariri returns to offering live sound experiences in Toronto — and celebrates its debut event at Pluto, our new creative home. Together, we open a new chapter of gatherings rooted in sound, presence, and community.

To illuminate this special night, we are deeply honoured to welcome Gary Diggins — poet, multi-instrumentalist, and master of sound and word weaving. His presence brings depth, warmth, and a touch of magic, merging story and vibration into living prayer.

We will journey through waves of tone and texture, listening not only with our ears but with our whole beings. Each moment will be improvised and alive — a co-creation between artists and audience, between earth and breath, between the seen and the unseen.

Expect an evening of immersive soundscapes, poetic resonance, and heartfelt improvisation — a space to soften, listen, and reconnect with the pulse that moves through us all.
