Time for some new things in the gym.. we have a full motion Smith machine that's a great all in one machine from Flys to squat to incline and decline press to pull downs and rows and sooo much more!! Thank you to my son Xavier for helping me get it here and Jesse to help set up!! WORKS GREAT..LETS GOOOO!!!
