Evolve Studio A hub for friendship and community, deep health and wellness, and mindful, inclusive fitness.

The Terrace Yoga Studio was created to provide a community yoga space. This space is a place for all students and teachers to come together for all types of yoga. Be it a physical practice, meditation, discussion, history and theory - the space will encourage the cultivation of mindfulness, self-care and a connection with others.

Throughout September, Evolve is creating space to move, reflect and give back in honour of Truth & Reconciliation.

Each week, we’ll offer a class by donation, with a $10 minimum donation.

All proceeds will be donated to the Indian Residential School Survivors Society (IRSSS).

Come move with us as we honour Survivors, remember those who never returned home, and support the ongoing journey of healing and reconciliation. 🧡

As both a Spin & Pilates instructor, Suzanne brings the perfect combination of energy, strength, control and connection to every class she teaches. Whether you’re finding your rhythm on the bike or building strength and stability on the mat, she’ll challenge you, encourage you, and make sure you leave feeling stronger than when you walked in.
