As a former college basketball athlete, he brings a performance-based approach rooted in proper movement, balance correction, and joint-friendly strength development. His training style focuses on restoring how the body is meant to move—building confidence, resilience, and long-term strength in a safe and sustainable way.
With a deep understanding of biomechanics and muscle mechanics, Jermaine works closely with clients to address movement imbalances, reduce discomfort, and improve overall performance—whether the goal is better daily movement, improved athletic ability, or long-term physical health.
