We’re building something special for girls hockey in Windsor/Essex...our Girls Power Skating & Puck Control Program.

Stations That Check the Right Boxes:
✅ Skating coaches leading edge-work for stride, agility & balance
✅ Skills coaches running puck control progressions
✅ Conditioning drills that push pace and build confidence

This is a high-energy, structured environment designed to help players improve and perform.
