Power Skating is not meant to be super exciting. It is to properly teach the fundamentals of skating so that you can grow the skill and not develop bad habits that need to be corrected later on.

We’re building something special for girls hockey in Windsor/Essex...our Girls Power Skating & Puck Control Program.

Stations That Check the Right Boxes:

✅ Skills coaches running puck control progressions
✅ Conditioning drills that push pace and build confidence

This is a high-energy, structured environment designed to help players improve and perform.
