Lead Outside Operations | Tawatinaw Valley Ski Hill

We’re looking for a motivated, hands-on leader to join our team as Lead Outside Operations for the upcoming ski season.

This full-time seasonal position runs September 15 through April 15 and will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the ski hill, including snowmaking, hill maintenance and all outdoor operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and oversee all outdoor ski hill operations
* Manage and operate snowmaking systems
* Coordinate snowmaking, grooming and hill maintenance
* Ensure equipment and outdoor facilities are safe and operational
* Lead and support seasonal operations staff
* Help coordinate daily opening and closing procedures
* Monitor conditions and respond to operational needs throughout the season
* Assist with planning and preparing the hill for winter operations

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, leading a team and being an integral part of the operation of a busy ski hill.

Our Recreational Trails are freshly mowed for your hiking and biking pleasure. Please make sure to access the trails from the upper parking lot & remember that the alpine area is closed during the summer months. Please do not trespass on the alpine area.
