Looking to get active, practice your swing, or try something new? Come down to the Sydney River Tennis Club for a completely free drop-in session! No commitment, just fun on the courts.

Here are the details:

🧒 Juniors (Ages 5–17)
⏰ 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM

👤 Adults (18+)
⏰ 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM

📍 Where: Sydney River Tennis Club
💰 Cost: 100% FREE!

🎾 Attention all newcomers and ethno-community groups from around the world living in Municipality of the County of Inverness! 🌍👋🎾

We are thrilled to collaborate with Sport Nova Scotia, Cape Breton Connector Program, Racket and Paddle Association of Cape Breton and Cabot Cape Breton to support diversity in sports, and what better way to do that than with FREE tennis! 🌟

Join us as we welcome you to the courts to connect, learn a new sport, stay fit, and make meaningful friendships within our community. Whether you've played before or have never held a racket, this is for you!

👥 Who: Open to ages 5 and up! Everyone is welcome.
📅 When: Every Sunday in June
📍 Where: Cabot Cape Breton tennis courts (beside Coore's Lobster Shack)
🎒 Cost: FREE

🎾 JOIN OUR TEAM: WE’RE HIRING TENNIS INSTRUCTORS! 🎾
The Racket and Paddle Association of Cape Breton is expanding! We are looking for passionate, skilled, and energetic Tennis Instructors to lead our summer programs across the island.

If you love the game and want to help grow the sport in our local communities, we want to hear from you!

📍 Locations:
Sydney River Tennis Club (Regional Hub)
Glace Bay Tennis Club
Inverness County (TBA)

📋 Requirements:
Advanced Play Experience: Must demonstrate a high level of proficiency and technical knowledge of the game.

Instructional Experience: Ability to lead sessions for youth, adults, newcomers, and diverse community groups.

Mobility: A valid driver’s license is required.
Passion: A commitment to promoting physical and mental wellness through sport.
