Hello everyone! It’s been a minute
Just wanted to introduce myself to some of my new followers, by the way, thanks for giving me a follow. So a little bit about me, I’m 54 years old, soon to be 55 in a few months. My day job for the past 31 years has been a practicing dental hygienist, in fact I’ve been doing my day job almost as long as my fitness side gig which I began at the age of 18. I became a YMCA certified fitness instructor back in 1988. I later went on to become a certified fitness instructor specialist with CanFit Pro ( Canadian Fitness Professionals Inc) I love and have always kept up on the latest fitness trends, taking certifications doing workshops and continuously learning and trying to transfer my knowledge to all of my participants. Seeing them grow and find joy in celebrating their success has been my greatest joy. My newest endeavor will be traveling with the team at .cb for Pilates Reformer training in Toronto. We are beyond excited for who is always striving to do better and provide top notch service to each of her clients at the studio.
So who is Pilates training good for? Well, it is important for any person or athlete or persons going through injury rehabilitation. It’s for everyone and Pilates is no joke! Here are some benefits

Pilates can be an aerobic and non-aerobic form of exercise. It requires concentration and focus, because you move your body through precise ranges of motion. It requires concentration in finding a centre point to control your body through movement. Each exercise has a prescribed placement, rhythm and breathing pattern.“.
