When you can become more comfortable within your own energy, you learn to shift the energy of being dependent on a particular outcome to becoming non-attached to it.

The person that you are is good enough in this particular moment.

The more you continue to re-live the autopilot way of being that tries to CONTROL everything around you the more that you REPEL good things from happening.

The more importance you place on something, the more resistance it creates and that’s why when something NEEDS to happen to make you feel a certain way, you push it further away from you. You are projecting energy that you need that thing to happen to feel complete.

When you discover your true power within, you are whole and complete in this very moment by shifting the energy and the beliefs that are tied to the old way of living.

When you are more comfortable with who you are as a person, and energy you have embodied and shifted into, you become a lot more relaxed with your approach towards your interactions, and the building of relationships.

When you stop putting things on a pedestal you become more magnetic to the things you actually want to attract.

When you change your self image and your energy, you will then no longer place dependency on outcome in a relationship. Your validation comes from within. Discovering your true power and living a life that is already abundant filled with love and joy simply by just being you. When you discover that you are worthy you don’t have to change a single thing about yourself, you can start to live a life filled with peace and build strong connections with people who actually resonate with you. You don’t have to put on a mask or façade and pretend to be somebody your not to receive validation from somebody. You become smarter on what and who you choose to share your energy with and build a positive energetic vibration within that becomes unaffected by any individual. You will start to discover what your passion is for life and how you can contribute to the relationships that actually matter. And stop wasting your time on the ones that don’t.

Uncertainty is a way of avoiding mistakes and responsibility, it is based on the illusion if no decision is made that nothing can go wrong.
When a person is afraid of making mistakes because of the way he would be judged they are doing themselves a disservice by not taking a chance on themselves and their vision. This way of thinking is linked to living in uncertainty. The only way to truly succeed is through trial and error. Betting on yourself. And getting beyond the analytical mind that wants us to be perfect and wants us to be 100% correct all of the time. No human is 100% correct or perfect. You need to take chances on yourself and making mistakes is a part of your overall growth.

When you let how people look at you affect the way you think and feel it’s because of an attachment of needing recognition or approval from them and others to feel validated.

Once you are able to get rid of the attachment, their judgment of you no long affects the way you feel.

You are worthy enough just for being you without the approval or validation from others.

You develop an inner peace and love for life again, and know that others will judge who you are because there’s something they don’t like about themselves. So they try to bring your energy down to their level.

Being aware of your energy and how others judge you does not mean you need to become avoidant or egotistical.

It comes from a place of feeling safe within your own body where you can learn to individuate from others especially those that don’t resonate with you and judge you based on their own prejudice judgement of you.

You don’t identify with that kind of treatment anymore. You take your power back. And know your self worth is no longer dependent on anything from outside of you.
