Owned by Barry Gwynn, Moxham Fitness has been building better bodies in Cape Breton for over 15 years. You certainly will not find a lack of motivation when you enter the environment that Moxham Fitness radiates. Moxham has been home to fitness enthusiasts from every walk of life, including

As many of you know, with the complete renovations to the gym and the addition of NHR Nutrition, we have been working with great effort to upgrade our facilities to continue to make your fitness experience the best it can possibly be.
