Welcome to the Swan Valley Grit & Grind 2025 Competition. We are a fun, beginner friendly event promoting Powerlifting in the Valley. All you need to be able to do is Squat, Bench and Deadlift. It really is that simple.

You don't need a gym membership to compete. If you want to meet up and do some sessions before hand, we are here to help. Don't hesitate to give me a shout I will personally get together with you. We are lowering the age to 13 this year. (Ignore the Poster)

How much you lift is irrelevant, We are all on our own personal journeys and in Powerlifting your score is in relation to your bodyweight.

Change it up and challenge yourself this Spring with the return of an Old Event in The Pas.

The Pas Tri-Community Triathlon has a new look!

After a short break, this event is back and ready to welcome triathletes to the north! This event is fun for all ages, and welcomes athletes ages 6+. Adults are encouraged to participate in the super sprint event, and the distances for kids vary by age group.

And don't forget, this event offers another opportunity for kids to qualify for the Manitoba Summer Games this August!
