Happy long weekend! Just a friendly reminder, classes start back on September 14th.

There are still a few spots left in the Monday 4:30 Toddler class, the Wednesday 5:00 ages 4 & over intro to Highland, and the Thursday 5:30 Kids beginner Celtic Tap class.

IT'S HERE!!! The fall 2026 schedule is up and ready!

NEW STUDENTS - Registration is super easy....just contact me!
No online forms, no prepayments, no costume fees, no administration fees.

HIGHLAND - Great for children who love the idea of Ballet but find it too boring. It involves lots of hopping and patterns.
CELTIC TAP - We wear tap shoes and dance to Celtic music. We learn beats, rhythms and patterns.

Classes begin the 2nd week of school and run until the recital in the middle of May.

Payments are made in October and February, and the classes break down to $12 (including tax) for a 30-minute class and $18 for a 45-minute class.

What is Celtic tap Dancing?

Some people may know it as Canadian Step Dance, and it is a high energy, percussive, dance style, focussed on intricate, rapid footwork. It is heavily influenced by the Scottish and Irish immigrants who brought their traditional dances to Canada.

This is an example of a beginner step you would learn at Bold Steps Celtic Dance School.
