We have been having so much fun lately not to add more to the schedule.
Our Thursday night HIIT ladies have been bringing the energy. 💪
And Wednesday night dance class ..... and absolute blast... the laughs, the sweat and the music.... So much fun🎶
This week we even added in some chair work and stretching. It was great!👍
So now Mataya is thinking...
Why not start the week strong?💪
She is considering adding a Monday morning 9am fitness class!A fun energizing way to kick off your week.
