Can we retire the idea of perfection this year? Please?
Perfection is not the goal. It was never the goal. Perfection is an illusion that keeps you feeling like you're never doing enough.
Progress is the goal. Showing up is the goal. Being a little bit better than you were yesterday is the goal.
Some days you'll crush it. Some days you'll just survive. Both count. Both matter. Both are part of the process.
The woman who works out twice a week every week for a year is miles ahead of the woman who works out every day for three weeks and then quits. Consistency beats intensity. Always.

So give yourself permission to be imperfect. To have slow weeks. To take breaks. To be human.

Well...it's that time of year again!

We're excited to announce that for the 10th year, we are running our SUPER popular 12 days of Christmas contest!!

Here's how it works:

Get 12 days of workouts in between Dec 1st-Dec 24th and you will be entered into our random prize draw to win some AMAZING prizes!

I know it can be a lot of workouts, but we love doing this so you are accountable over the Christmas season and still prioritize YOURSELF in a typically crazy busy time. You can adapt sessions as you need as we ALWAYS encourage you to listen to your body.

Clients in the past LOVE this challenge because it also can be a pleasant push to see what you are capable of doing!

What counts?

SGT sessions, PT sessions, Drop-in classes and Fascial Stretch Therapy Sessions!
