Thank you to all the women who came out to spend the morning with us — whether you train, support someone who trains, or were stepping on the mats for the first time. The energy in the room was special.

A big thank you to for guiding us through breathwork and Christina for bringing everyone together with some fun movement on the mats.

Moments like this remind us how important community and connection are. We’re grateful to be able to create a space where people can come together, support one another, and share experiences like this.

A big day for the kids at today. A lot of firsts — first tournaments, first matches, and for some their first time competing at a new belt.

Really proud of how everyone stepped on the mat and represented Eternal BJJ with courage and composure. It takes a lot to put yourself out there, and they all did an amazing job.

✨March 8 we’re opening the doors at Eternal for something special. ✨

This International Women’s Day is about bringing the women in our community together — the ones who train, the moms watching class, the partners who support from home, the friends who have been meaning to come by.

No pressure. No expectations. Just a space to connect, share some laughs, and spend a Sunday morning surrounded by strong, supportive women.

We’ll move a little, but the real goal is simple: community.

If you’ve ever been part of Eternal in any way, this is for you.
