Speed Drills: Focus on sprinting techniques to improve acceleration and top speed.
Ball Handling: Master ball control to minimize fumbles and maximize gains.
Footwork Precision: Develop precise footwork to navigate through defensive lines with ease.
Game Strategy: Learn advanced strategies and situational playmaking to become a more effective running back.
Camp feature:
Top-Tier Coaching: Learn from experienced coaches and seasoned professionals who know the ins and outs of the game.
Innovative Drills: Participate in drills designed to replicate real-game scenarios, ensuring you’re prepared for anything on the field.
Strength and Conditioning: Half of the camp will be dedicated to gym and field sessions focused on strength and conditioning tailored specifically to the needs of running backs.
Proven Results: Our camp has produced 17 All-Conference players in the past 18 months, 9 Provincial All-Stars, 2 Division I Scholarship athletes, and 7 signees at the U Sports level.
Safe Contact Techniques: We prioritize player safety by teaching safe contact techniques. The camp is half-padded with no full contact, ensuring a safer learning environment.
