Poison your pet to kill other things , how does this even make sense to people ????

When a player makes an error it is also important how the coach and parent react/respond in a positive way, as well. We don't want to further the poor feelings of a player, we want to coach them up, help them stay present and encourage them to move on to the next pitch/play.
After all every person has made an error, coaches and parents included.
Keep the player in the game, do not sub them, and show them that you believe in them. This would be a thoughtful, selfless leadership action that benefits the player and the team.
Players DO NOT want to be playing with the fear of failure in their mind, but rather with the optimism and enthusiasm of competing, giving their all.

Tincher pitching ! Congrats to both young ladies and their pitching coach’s Denny and Jonathan !

Team USA is getting another of our great pitchers! Congratulations to Dani Drogemuller. We are so proud of Dani for being selected to represent the USA on the 2019 U-17 Women's National Team. This is a younger version of our Olympic Team, giving top prospects a chance to hone their skills on the International level. It doesn't get any bigger than this for young players.

Drogemuller is the second Tincher Pitching student to be selected to this very elite group. She will join Madison Harris, who we featured yesterday. Drogemuller is from Frankfort, Illinois. She works with Certified Instructor, Jonathan Hon, and is committed to University of Pittsburgh.

Renada Davis was of our instructor’s this year and she is a amazing teacher of the game and a amazing role model for our athlete’s . Thank you Coach Davis for joining us this year we loved having you !

This camp was special ❤️❤️⚾️⚾️. From the athletes to the coaches , there was lots of information and knowledge shared and many friendship’s made ⚾️❤️
And a huge thank you too Shannon Maion And Rob Campbell who makes this camp run seamless, without them I’m lost ❤️😊.
