ਗਿੱਧੇ ਨੂੰ ਦੁਨੀਆ ਭਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਵੀਂ ਪਹਿਚਾਣ ਦੇਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਨੂਰ ਜ਼ੋਰਾ ਜੀ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਸੱਭਿਆਚਾਰ ਵਾਂਗ ਹੀ, ਸਾਦਾ, ਮੋਹ ਭਰੇ ਤੇ ਸਮੁੰਦਰੀ ਤਬੀਅਤ ਵਾਲੇ ਨੇ।
ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਮੰਚ ਸਾਂਝਾ ਕਰਨਾ ਮੇਰੇ ਲਈ ਸਦਾ ਯਾਦਗਾਰੀ ਰਹੇਗਾ। ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਬਾਅਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ, ਸਿਰ ਤੇ ਦੋਹਵੇਂ ਹੱਥ ਧਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਅਸੀਸ ਨੇ ਦਿਲ ਖੁਸ਼ੀ ਨਾਲ ਭਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ!

Noor Zora Ji, who has given Giddha a new identity across the world, is as simple, warm, and large-hearted as Punjabi culture itself. Sharing the stage with her was an honour I’ll cherish forever. The blessing she gave me by placing both her hands on my head before and after our performance is a moment I will hold close to my heart always.

For 30 years, Giddha has been my language, my identity, and the rhythm of my soul. For the last 10 years, I’ve been blessed to teach and pass that love on to others.

Today reminded me why I chose this path. Performing alongside felt like standing beside a living piece of our heritage. Moments like these make every step, every clap, and every boli worth it. They say when you truly love an art form, it has a way of loving you back. Today, Giddha embraced me in a way I’ll carry with me for the rest of my life.

Proud to be carrying our beautiful Punjabi culture forward. ❤️
