Acceptance is a gift. Once we accept, we can forgive, find compassion for ourselves and allow healing to take place. We won't always enjoy the things we must accept especially if we are holding on to a mindset, perception or even a vision of ourselves. It's in the letting go and accepting that growth occurs and growth, sometimes is not easy. Happy Tuesday everyone!
