The true Guru Dakṣiṇā is sincere practice—every KARMA every breath in God’s remembrance, every act of Sewa, Simran, Sadhana, Satsang, Yoga, and Meditation, every act of kindness, and every step beyond the ego becomes an offering at the Guru’s lotus feet.

Shrimad Bhagavad Gita – Chapter 14: Gunatraya Vibhaga Yoga 🕉️

Lord Krishna explains that the three qualities of nature — Sattva, Rajas, and Tamas — influence human thoughts, actions, and life.

✨ Sattva – Knowledge, peace, and purity
✨ Rajas – Desire, attachment, and action
✨ Tamas – Ignorance, laziness, and inertia

One who follows the path of equanimity, self-awareness, and devotion rises above these qualities and moves towards liberation (Moksha).

🕉️ Solutions According to the Challenge

🔸 Tamas (laziness, inertia, lack of motivation) – Practice yoga, pranayama, satsang, and maintain a disciplined routine.

🔸 Rajas (stress, anxiety, restlessness) – Practice meditation, devotion, selfless actions, and live in the present moment.

🔸 To enhance Sattva – Adopt a sattvic diet, positive thoughts, yoga, and self-reflection.

🌿 श्रीमद्भगवद्गीता – अध्याय 14 : गुणत्रयविभाग योग 🕉️

भगवान श्रीकृष्ण बताते हैं कि प्रकृति के तीन गुण — सत्व, रजस और तम — मनुष्य के विचारों, कर्मों और जीवन को प्रभावित करते हैं।

✨ सत्व – ज्ञान, शांति और पवित्रता
✨ रजस – इच्छा, आसक्ति और कर्म
✨ तम – अज्ञान, आलस्य और प्रमाद

जो व्यक्ति समभाव, आत्मज्ञान और भक्ति के मार्ग पर चलता है, वह गुणातीत होकर मोक्ष की ओर बढ़ता है।

🕉️ समस्या अनुसार समाधान

🔸 तमोगुण (आलस्य, प्रमाद) – योग, प्राणायाम, सत्संग और अनुशासित दिनचर्या अपनाएँ।

🔸 रजोगुण (तनाव, चिंता, बेचैनी) – ध्यान, भक्ति, निष्काम कर्म और वर्तमान में जीने का अभ्यास करें।

🔸 सत्व गुण बढ़ाने हेतु – सात्विक आहार, सकारात्मक विचार, योग और आत्मचिंतन अपनाएँ।
