Come join us for our annual Spring Break Camp. A camp filled with lots of soccer, high intensity exercises, with plyometrics and SAQ work, combined with great game situation exercises to boost your game.

Where: Newton Athletic Park

When: March 19th to 22nd.

Cost: $175+GST

⚽ Session 1: 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM (Born in 2014-2012) U10 - U12

⚽ Session 2: 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM (Born in 2011-2010) U13 – U14

I'm excited to announce that I will be running a spring break camp this year.

Where: Newton Athletic Park

When: March 19th to 22nd.

Cost: $175+GST

Cost includes 4 days of 1.5 hours of session and a camp jersey.

Time Slots: (May be subject to change based on group numbers)

⚽️ Session 1: 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM (Born in 2014-2012) U10 - U12

⚽️ Session 2: 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM (Born in 2011-2010) U13 – U14

⚽️ Session 3: 13:00 PM – 14:30 PM (Born in 2009-2007) U15 – U17

The camp will have a similar structure than my past camps. Warm-up with plyometrics and agility exercise, followed by game-like scenarios and finishing with games. Small groups where I can have individualized coaching points.

One more week until our August Fitness and Finishing camp!

This camp is going to bring you a variety of exercises that will focus on improving your strength, endurance, explosive movement and coordination! After a solid physical workout we will move into drills focused on improving your shooting technique and game strategy in the offensive zone!

When: Aug 21 to 23rd
Where: Newton Athletic Park Field 1
What: 3 x 1.5 hour soccer sessions focused on fitness and finishing, plus a new jersey included!

Last weekend to take advantage of the early bird pricing for the Pre-season fitness and finishing camp. The early bird pricing deal is going away after July 31st at 11:59 PM.
