Today these students participated in the hike portion of our Black Belt Pretest, we had some students who had already tested for st and 2nd degree that just needed their hike and we had a student testing for 1st degree and a student testing for 3rd degree, plus some siblings that joined in. Great day and I always enjoy the view, looking forward to continuing to help these students achieve their goals.

Hi Parents,

YES!! We are during spring break, and don't forget that your kids can bring friends with them to class for Free these two weeks and they will train in the same class as your kids do to make them feel more comfortable and to have some extra fun during spring break.

BELT TESTING THIS WEEK!!!

Student's and Parent's this coming week is our belt testing's and if you have earned all 3 stripes then you are ready to test, please make sure you are in your full uniform and ready to go. As a reminder there will be no regular classes on testing days.

We will still have regular classes on Monday, so if you are missing that last stripe then come to class, work hard and earn your stripe.

Tuesday Testing Times - Tigers: 5:15pm; White-Yellow Belts: 6:00pm; Teens/Adults: 8:00pm.

Thursday Testing Times - Camo-Red Belts: 6:00pm; Red/Black-Black Belts: 7:15pm.

We will open during Spring Break( March 16th- 29th) and during that time we would like to have you invite friends to train with you, they can come for free and train in your class. We will be sending out an email with more info on that.

This Thursday, February 12th we will be hosting a womens self defense class from 7:30-9:00pm. It will be taking place at People's Church(14455 104 Ave), all proceeds will be donated to Options Community Services homeless shelters. If you would like to register please use the QR code, there is also an option to register just for the class($35)

On Thursday February 12th we will be partnering with Thr1ve and Ms. Tiffany John to host a women's class, you dont want to miss out on this, use the QR code to sign up now, and invite your friends as well. If you have a daughter 11 or older have them join in as well.

Lets crush the final testing of 2025!! On Thursday we have our year end Dessert Night as well as Black Belt Induction for Scott B. @ 6:30pm. If you are a black belt come in uniform to participate in the induction, but also have regular clothes to change into.
