Overhead stability is basically how well can you balance something over your head⁣
⁣
🚩🚩 This is an often overlooked component of exercise and something that should be implemented in every workout program⁣
⁣
✔️ Decreases chance of injury⁣
✔️ Promotes a healthy shoulder ⁣
✔️ Leads to producing higher loads (more weight)⁣
⁣
So stick some basic overhead stability exercises in your program like the one showed here being demonstrated (and executed perfectly) by our client ⁣
