This year Iron Alley Vancouver and Joy Photography Company have teamed up to help a deserving family in need for the holidays. We put out a call to nominate families on our social media and have chosen one deserving widowed mother living in our community.

With two young boys (9 & 11) that lost their dad suddenly on December 22,2018, this family has now suffered another trauma with medical concerns impacting mom and leaving her hospitalized over the last 3 weeks. Unable to work, and having lost 28lbs in 3 weeks, there is a significant road to recovery for this mama. For her illness, she is the only person in Canada taking her new medication.

Close friends have given us a list of suggestions, including gift cards from amazon, save on foods, gas, soccer west for the boys, and Nails R Us for mom (self care well deserved!) and are asking anyone who is willing and able to help in any amount to reach out! Thanks for reading 🫶✨

Iron Alley Gym is your local, small fitness facility where we love dogs, babies, and anyone looking to get fit and healthy! We are inclusive of any body or capability, and offer a community atmosphere!

We offer open gym memberships with key fob access from 5am-midnight, 7 days a week! We also have 8 personal trainers with a variety of specialities to help you achieve your fitness goals!

At Iron Alley, we pride ourselves on being anti-commercial. That means no hard sales, we know you by name, and and we strive to create a welcoming environment for all of our members and clients. We don’t want you to be intimidated, and whether you’re new to fitness or a seasoned veteran, you can find comfort knowing that everyone is there to better themselves one workout at a time.

took her first step on the platform at Fall Classic and came first in the 76kg Women’s Open category! Major squat PR at 127.5kg, top bench of 60kg, and a beautiful deadlift of 125kg! We are so proud of Grace and how far she’s come since joining Iron Alley!
