Bully Prevention Class by Chief Master Karpiuk 1 - 2pm
*At least one parent/guardian needs to be present with their child ages 7+

Help your child succeed in school this year! In every class in every school, there is a leader. Most times it is the "Bully". We will teach everyone what to do in order to defeat the Bully!

Chief Master Karpiuk has been teaching these skills for over 35 years. He has taught 1000's of students throughout the Surrey School District with great success.

Parenting Seminar with Special Guest Meaghan VanDiermen!

We have a great opportunity May 25th with Meaghan VanDiermen, Registered Clinical Counsellor. Meagan is dedicated specifically to the areas of trauma and anxiety with a focus on the therapeutic nature of the parent-child relationship. She is effectively able to work with parents to find a greater understanding of the roots of their child’s experiences, to make sense of difficult behaviours and implement strategies that process and minimize trauma induced responses.

In addition to some great parenting helps, there will be Q&A.

Our Board Break Challenge will be starting in about 1 hour at 10 am this morning!

I told Adrian's story yesterday to someone at Tim Horton's while having coffee. They donated $50 on the spot!

Big shout out to our local martial arts supplier who gave a nice donation towards our Board Break Challenge!

Also to one of our local martial arts school owners who donated a bunch of boards for Saturday's event! Thanks so much Master Birring!

Students, we have around $400 raised so far. Let's see if we can double that by tomorrow's deadline!

Due to the necessary Covid cleaning for the safety of our students, our mats have taken a beating! We need to replace a large portion of our academy workout floor and we need your help!

Pledge Sheets are due back by Aug. 12th to be eligible for Prizes! If everyone raised $30 ($10 per board) we would meet our Goal!
